Human life is not like the life of any other animal. Unlike animal life, success and satisfaction have a lot of importance in human life. But these entirely depend upon the right activities done by human beings at the right time.

Every right activity can be wrong if it is not performed as per the requirements of the situation. In the same way, bad deeds can be beneficial if they are done at the right time as per the requirements of the situation.

Consuming food is good, but consuming poison is risky. Expressing anger to control child misbehaviour is good, expressing it in family life and social life by being egoistic is bad. Throwing garbage outside is good, but throwing useful things outside is bad.

There is no issue of what is good, what is bad, when is right & when is wrong. While living a routine life, humans have to perform different kinds of activities by sensing the real requirements of the situation, no matter whether they are good, bad, right & wrong.

It is a different matter about giving lessons of right, wrong, good & bad to the small children. Because it is the requirement of their underdeveloped mind. In the small age, no children are mentally capable enough to judge any situation, whether it is right or wrong. That’s why they may go wrong while doing any action or taking any decision as per the situation. But mind of grown-ups are well developed to judge the situation.

It means, humans having a well-balanced mind never make any difference in good, bad, right & wrong activities. Good activities like speaking the truth are beneficial. But no one has certainty that it will always be beneficial. Sometimes telling lies can also save somebody’s life.

Out of good or bad activities, when to perform which kind of activities is decided by the mind as per its emotional feelings, as well as logical calculation. The mind decides it after processing the existing information received by sensory organs of the body with the knowledge stored in the brain, as well as experience & wishes contained in the soul.

Therefore, a presence of mind has a lot of importance while deciding when to perform which kind of activities for expected results.

The presence of mind boosts concentration on performing specific voluntary tasks. Due to more concentration on specific tasks, the mind ignores its unwanted involuntary tasks like sensing physical or psychological pain, heartbreaking insult, etc.

Due to continuous negligence towards physical or psychological pain by the mind, the severity of thoughts of pain is reduced to a great extent. If the thoughts contained in the soul are not severe, then the movement of such thoughts also becomes slower. Where there are no or slow movements, there is silence. And where there is silence, there is peace.

In such a way, with the help of the presence of mind, involuntary activities of the mind can be controlled, that make humans free from severe thoughts of their physical as well as psychological pain and grants them a peaceful life.

Such a higher level of presence of mind can only be achieved through meditation.

In meditation, the involuntary task of the mind of sensing pain is replaced with a voluntary task of keeping watch on the pace of breath.

But due to lots of risk, responsibilities, problems, fear, and anxiety while living life, maintaining peace in life is too hard to achieve. Fear, anxiety, and stress don’t allow the soul to stay at peace during life.

While meditation involves ignoring sensing stress due to anxiety, fear, etc., the voluntary task of concentrating on the pace of breathing is initiated intentionally, which is a harmless activity.

By the way of meditation, we don’t let our minds sense stress or negativity, increasing thoughts. If the mind could not sense such negative thoughts, then stressful thoughts of anxiety and fear would not be developed by the mind and contained in the soul.

By reducing stressful thoughts to zero level, the soul becomes free from restlessness that arises out of thoughts of stress. Thereafter, it becomes easy for the soul to stay in peace while living life.
Peace represents the space elements. When the soul stays in peace completely, it gets connected with the endless space elements.

When the soul gets connected with endless space elements, the space elements in the physical body of humans also increase on their own.

When the human body has more space elements, the information storage capacity of the body is also increased.

Just like a radio channel which receives the waves of programs broadcast by the same radio station, the human mind communicates with the universe to attain the universal knowledge which exists in the form of waves of vibration in an empty, endless space of the universe. The mind stores such universal knowledge in the increased storage space of the brain.

In such a way, with the help of meditation, the mind attains peace while living life. The soul that attained peace during life gets easy salvation after the death of the living body.
