Explanation of the spirits of living beings
Generally, the energy which keeps living beings alive is termed as Pran or the Spirit.
Now let’s find out such a thing without which any living beings may lose their life in a few minutes. Some living beings can live 2-3 days without food, 1-2 days without water, but almost all living beings can live for hardly 2-3 minutes without air.
On this basis, it is proven that the air is the Life Force or Spirit or Pran, which keeps every living being alive.
Scientifically, how can it be said with certainty that the spirit in living beings is nothing but the child of the air element?
For all kinds of living beings, the Air element plays a vital role in keeping their physical bodies in touch with the environment of planet Earth. The physical body of any living being can be disconnected in a minute from this environment by the way of suffocation.

Scientific Explanation of Spirit being a form of Energy
Out of these five, we will see how the air elements form the spirit in the physical body of living beings.
Earth is covered by an atmosphere that keeps it safe from the ultraviolet rays of the sun and meteor showers from space.
The air element is a mixture of different kinds of gases, including oxygen, hydrogen, nitrogen, and methane, among others. Out of these gases, some gases are flammable, like hydrogen and some gases, like oxygen, help the burning process of fuel, which releases energy.
It means the air element has a capacity to produce energy.
Oxygen is a powerful oxidising agent that acts as a strong electron acceptor, attracting electrons from other molecules in a reaction. It supports the burning process of flammable substances like wood, paper, clothes, etc. In such a way, air elements gave birth to fire elements.
This Oxygen gas from the air is also absorbed by the lungs of the physical bodies of living beings. Along with glucose abstracted from consumed food, the blood carries it to the cells of every organ of the body.
With the help of this oxygen, in the burning process of this glucose as a fuel in cells, the energy is released in the cells of the organ.
The cells of the organ use this released energy to do their specific tasks. Therefore, this released energy, which keeps body organs alive and active, is called Spirit. It means the spirit in the physical body of a living being is nothing but a form of energy.
On Earth, the living beings also have another form of energy available around them, named cosmic energy. Despite this, cosmic energy doesn’t come in use in place of spirit to save the life of living beings from the death caused by suffocation. What may be the reason behind this fact?
To know this, we should concentrate our focus on the other four elements to understand their relationship with energy.
Explanation of other forms of Energy
Just like the air element, the fire element produces energy. Fire that exists on sun-like stars is the source of radiant energy, which travels in space without any kind of medium. Wherever there is sun & its sunlight in space, there is an existence of Radiant energy.
Any celestial object that exists in a space, as well as living beings & non-living beings with temperatures more than 0 degree has a capacity to produce radiant energy.
Next to this, water elements produce energy. Water gives birth to dynamic or kinetic energy that exists in the continuous movement of the water element.
At last, the Earth element gives Thermal energy, which is well-known as heat energy. Such energy is stored in flammable gases, radioactive elements like uranium, fuel substances like oil, wood, paper, etc. Due to the rapid movement of the molecules and atoms of such flammable substances, thermal energy is produced
Being a child of the fire element, radiant energy has a few attributes which are similar to the attributes of its parent element, fire.
Both have no fixed shape. The visible appearance of the flame keeps changing. It means fire has an attribute of continuous change. It is well-known that the universe also keeps on changing itself without external interference by human beings or any other.
The sun is stable in one place, but its radiant energy exists in the entire universe, which travels in space without any kind of medium.
Earth elements carry Gravitational Energy, Mechanical energy, and Elastic Energy, which is Potential or static Energy. It also carries Nuclear Energy, Thermal or heat Energy, and Electrical Energy, which is Kinetic energy.
Air elements carry thermal energy and sound energy.
Water elements carry Dynamic Energy, which is Kinetic energy.
Fire elements carry Solar (heat) energy, Light Energy, and Kinetic Energy.
Generally, we experience many difficulties in our routine life without the heat energy. We can’t cook a little bit. We can’t make scientific experiments in the lab either.
It proves that heat energy produced by fire transforms the physical appearance as well as the in-built attributes of every kind of material object.
All these energies are invisible and eternal by nature. They can neither be created nor destroyed at all. Instead, it gets transformed into any other form of energy on its own as per requirement of time and situation.
Definition of Cosmic Energy
All non-living beings in this universe are affected by such different kinds of energies, which keep on transforming into one another.
All these energies are combinedly termed as Cosmic Energy. This energy works on living beings as well as non-living beings that exist not only on Earth but also in this endless universe.
Earthquakes, river flows, things falling, smell spread, showers of meteors, continuous movement of planets, etc., like natural activities which happen on their own on earth and in the entire universe without human interference, are done only by this Cosmic energy.
In such ways, cosmic energy plays a prime role in changing the visible appearance of the entire universe internally and externally.
Cosmic energy exists everywhere in the atmosphere of Earth, including in our premises. It can also be experienced in every celestial object, like stars, planets, meteors, galaxies, etc.
Changes are the rules of the universe, which are possible only by the existence of cosmic energy.
Besides cosmic energy, specific energy, which can be termed as Spirit or Pran or life force, is most essential for living beings. All living beings, like animals, birds, insects, snakes, fish, etc., on earth take this energy by breathing to sustain their life.
The physical body of living beings dies when its weak organs can’t absorb spirit on its own due to any reason, like an accident, illness or old age. Due to the absence of spirit in the body organs, the body becomes inactive. We refer to such a non-active body as a dead body.
No organ of the physical body of any living being can absorb cosmic energy that exists in many forms of energy around them.
If cosmic energy can’t enter the physical body of living beings, then there is no issue of its exit. It means life and death are in the hands of the spirit, not in the hands of cosmic energy. Hence, for living beings, the spirit is more important than cosmic energy.
That’s why, despite the easy availability of cosmic energy in different forms around living beings, it doesn’t play any role in saving life from death, just like the spirit.
